New Entity Operations™ was founded in 2013 by Ryan McKenna as a limited liability company and was incorporated in Delaware in 2019. Since inception, the company has focused on the development of novelty software libraries and early-stage technology standards within the data-interchange space, including EntityScript™, a system for automating data storage and retrieval in tightly mapped environments.
Over the past decade, New Entity Operations Inc. has expanded its work into several verticals: ai, io, ops, os, and rtc. These divisions form a unified ecosystem of research, infrastructure, and software development operating under the New Entity framework.
Current initiatives include technologies that integrate new media formats and distributed systems, such as CORE.HOST™, EntityScript™, and New Entity™, as well as New Entity Distributed Data Center Technologies™ and New Entity AI™.
Long-term research programs, once considered experimental, have now reached production feasibility. Chief among these is New Entity OS™, a general-purpose operating system integrating all prior New Entity technologies into a single platform for distributed and local-first computing.
